WIMBLEDON’S all white rules have reached ridiculous levels, with
women stars forced to play bra-less so they don’t reveal a little bit of
colour.
As
reported earlier this week, Wimbledon is cracking down on any coloured
clothing at the tournament, right down to strips of colour on underpants
and bras.Australia’s former Wimbledon champion Pat Cash said the new rule enforcement had forced players to go without bras.
A number of players have been spotted sans-bra, including Britain’s Naomi Broady (pictured below).

“I believe some of the girls didn’t have suitable sports bras and had to go without them. It has absolutely gone ridiculous.”
Not everyone is against the crackdown, however, with Venus Williams speaking out in favour of the stricter dress-code.
“It’s a nice change,” Williams said. “Everyone just kind of glows in white.
“Obviously not all year, because anything every day is boring. But during these two weeks, it’s nice.”
